The ask
Lowe Lintas and the Mumbai Indians needed the season's anthem. We had 48 hours to plan it and five days to shoot it, around Hardik Pandya, Jasprit Bumrah, Rohit Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav, Tilak Varma and Jackie Shroff, with Kaam Bhaari, Srushti Tawade and Sambata on the track.
What we made
One anthem film and six reels, each built around one player's vibe. Live action cut with collage, paper textures and animated type, so the city is in every frame even when we weren't in it. Shot across five days in March 2025, mastered on the 21st.
What happened
'Play Like Mumbai' went out as the team's official IPL 2025 anthem. BestMediaInfo credited the production house as Studio Fry, director Devang Singh Thukral, producer Rasika Pote.
